The program

On December 10, 2005, Sosoliso Airlines Flight 1145 left Abuja for Port Harcourt carrying families, adults, and dozens of students from Loyola Jesuit College.

The flight never landed at its destination.

What happened at Port Harcourt International Airport would become one of Nigeria's most devastating aviation disasters. Among the passengers were 61 Loyola students, remembered by their school community as the “60 Angels.” Only one of those students survived: Kechi Okwuchi.

In this episode, we go back to the final moments of Sosoliso Flight 1145, the crash, the desperate aftermath, and the lives forever changed by what happened that December afternoon.
